The difference between wedding content creation and a videographer

Content Creation isn’t a traditional wedding film, nor is it meant to replace one. Instead of elaborately produced sequences, it features short, authentic iPhone videos captured right in the moment—unposed, intimate, and right in the thick of the action. They showcase the little moments that fall between a videographer’s shots and complement your photo reportage in a very special way.

You studied Heritage Conservation — how does that show up in your photography?

Six years ago, during my studies in Heritage Conservation and Interior Architecture, I started photographing seriously and I quickly realised both disciplines ask the same question: what makes this moment irreplaceable?

Restoring old buildings taught me to look beyond the obvious. To find the atmosphere inside a space. To respect what's already there instead of imposing something new.

I bring that same attention to every wedding I photograph. I'm not there to create something artificial, I'm there to find what's already beautiful and make sure it isn't lost.

We're not very photogenic — is that a problem?

Honestly? Those are often my favourite couples to work with.

I don't do "look here and smile." I give you something to do — walk together, whisper something, turn around. The best images happen when you forget I'm there.

Before every shoot I send you a small guide with everything you need to know. And on the day itself, I promise: it'll feel much more like spending time with a friend than being in front of a camera.

Why is storytelling so important to you?

A wedding isn't a sequence of events. It's a collection of emotions that add up to something you'll want to relive for the rest of your life.

When you look at your photos ten years from now, I want you to feel it again, not just see it. The nervousness. The joy. The exact weight of that moment when everything changed.

That's what I'm capturing. Not just what happened — but how it felt.

Do you also photograph weddings in Italy?

Yes — and honestly, it's my favourite kind of work.

Sicily is my second home. I know the light in Italy at golden hour. I know which villas have the most beautiful courtyards and which hillside locations feel like stepping into a film.

Destination weddings are intimate, intentional and completely different from the standard. If you're dreaming of getting married in Italy — write to me. I'd love to hear your plans.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 12–18 months ahead. For destination weddings in Italy I recommend at least 14 months — especially for 2026 and 2027, as my availability is limited.

If your date is sooner, reach out anyway, sometimes things align.

How long until we receive our photos?

You'll receive a small sneak peek within 2-3 days, because waiting weeks feels cruel.

Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–12 weeks, beautifully presented in an online gallery you can share with family and download in full resolution.

Who are your couples?

They're curious, design-conscious and care deeply about creating a wedding that feels like them rather than following trends. They appreciate beautiful architecture, long dinners, thoughtful details and meaningful conversations. Most of all, they want to be present with the people they love instead of feeling like they're performing for the camera.

We're awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?

Absolutely.

Almost every couple tells me this before their wedding.

Instead of giving constant posing instructions, I create movement and space for natural interaction. That way, your photographs feel like you rather than a photoshoot.

Why do you send a preview gallery so quickly?

Because I know how quickly the day passes.

Within just a few days you'll receive a carefully curated preview gallery, allowing you to relive those first emotions while everything still feels wonderfully fresh. It's one of my favourite parts of the entire process.

How would you describe your style?

Honest. Atmospheric. Timeless.

My work combines documentary storytelling with an editorial eye. I'll gently guide you when needed, but I'll never turn your wedding into a production.

I want you to experience your day not spend it looking at the camera.

How many weddings do you photograph each year?

I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each season.

Working with fewer couples allows me to stay creatively inspired, give every gallery the attention it deserves and offer a much more personal experience from the first conversation until long after your wedding day.

Can we see full wedding galleries?

Of course.

Instagram only shows a small selection of favourite images. Full galleries give you a much better impression of how I document an entire wedding—from getting ready until the last dance.

I'm always happy to share them after your enquiry.

Do you help us with the timeline?

Yes, and it's something I genuinely enjoy.

After photographing many weddings, I've learned that beautiful photographs often begin with a relaxed timeline.

I'm always happy to help you plan enough space for the moments that matter most, from the ceremony to sunset portraits and dinner with your favourite people.
